RE-WELCOME 2025
Re-Welcome Week is an exciting and dynamic introduction to university life, designed to help new students settle in and feel part of the community. It’s packed with a variety of events, from ice-breaker activities and campus tours to club fairs and social gatherings, giving students the chance to meet others, explore the campus, and discover all the opportunities available to them. My task was to design the Welcome Booklet, event posters, calendars, and social media graphics for Welcome Week. It was essential to stick closely to the Student Union’s brand guidelines to ensure students could easily recognise and connect with the Union.
I incorporated vibrant photos and bold, bright colours in the Welcome Booklet, aiming to make it fun, engaging, and easy to read for new students. In designing the calendar and Welcome Booklet, I worked closely with external companies to incorporate their artwork into the Re-Welcome content, ensuring their branding was represented while maintaining a cohesive and engaging design for the students.
